Moving to a New Location

If you are re-locating (moving to a new location):

  1. Call and arrange a drop off date.
  2. We deliver a My Store It Box to you at the time and location agreed upon.
  3. You fill it, and on the day of your scheduled move we pick it up and deliver it to your new location.
  4. If your new location isn't ready or you don't have one yet, we can store the My Store It Box for you at our secure location in Morrisburg and deliver it when you ready for it.If your plans change, we can work with you to accommodate your new schedule.

Temporary Storage At Your Location

If you're looking for temporary storage at your home or business and you are not re-locating, it's even easier!

  1. Call and arrange a drop off date.
  2. We deliver a My Store It Box to you at the time and location agreed upon.
  3. When you are done with the My Store It Box you call us and we schedule it for pickup.

The rental period is one month minimum and after that on a month by month basis. If they need only a few days after the first month there is a daily rate that can be arranged up to the full months rent. Whichever is less.

In addition to the monthly rental fees there are insurance fees and transportation costs.

Once you get your quote from My Store It Box, there are no other fees added on.

**Note:  There may be extra fees if a customer tells us they have homeowner insurance for the contents and then they don’t. There would be the mandatory minimum content insurance added on after 5 days if they can’t provide proof of coverage.

Transportation fees will depend on where you are located and how many times you need to move your My Store It Box.

Transportation fees can be found below the monthly rental rate on your quote.

Not a problem!

First of all, you will notice that our online quote system is designed to accommodate typical moves or temporary storage situations.

BUT... we understand that not all moves might be typical.

In a situation where you may require multiple moves, all you have to do is call us at (613)-340-5129 and we will work with you to make it happen. 

Currently we service southeastern Ontario, specifically Brockville and the counties of Leeds & Grenville and Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry.

We do not provide workers to load your My Store It Box.

Here is a list of items/things you CANNOT store in a My Store It Box:

  • any food items
  • anything that is flammable, hazardous, explosive, toxic or illega
  • lbulk salt
